Living Room: Filled with comfortable mountain contemporary furnishings including a sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, 55 Smart TV with YouTube TV streaming service, and plenty of surrounding views.
Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped offering LG and Kenmore Elite stainless appliances, including two wine fridges, a center butcher block island with an extra sink.
Dining area: The dining area provides a dining table with seating for six and convenient access to the patio.

Master bedroom King size bed, 55 Smart TV with YouTube TV, the en suite bathroom has dual sinks, stone countertops, a soaking tub and separate tile and glass shower.
Bedroom 2 Queen bed, 55 Smart TV with YouTube TV and access to a full shared bathroom with a glass/tile shower.
Bedroom 3 Two twin beds (can be put together upon request and a $30 fee), 55 Smart TV with YouTube TV, and access to the full shared bathroom.

This home offers several wonderful outdoor spaces including a large and professionally landscaped yard with covered and non-covered patio areas. You ll enjoy the outdoor dining area with a natural gas BBQ, a comfortable sitting area with built-in bench seating, a new private hot tub, and of course, gorgeous surrounding views.
