This condo features 678 square feet with one bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and one bathroom. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Upon entering the property, guests will be greeted by a hallway leading them to the spacious living areas. The living room features high wooden beam ceilings and comfortable furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa. Guests can unwind in front of the Smart TV or step out onto the back patio to soak in the tranquil surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, equipment, and utensils you ll need to whip up delicious snacks and meals. The high-top table has seating for two. Additional seating is available at the high-top bar allowing seating for two located in the living room.

The bedroom features a king-size bed and, a desk area with a Smart TV (Note: there is no door in this bedroom.) There is a full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Ptarmigan Community Amenities:
Enjoy community amenities such as an indoor saltwater pool, dry sauna, outdoor hot tub, outdoor pool (seasonal), tennis courts, a playground, fish pond and short drive to private beach on Whitefish Lake. The community also provides firewood (upon request) during the fall, winter and spring.

In the winter, downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort provides 3,000+ skiable acres, 14 lifts with terrain for all skill levels and stunning views.
