Enjoy excellent ski-in/ski-out to the Powder River ski run, accessing all of Big Sky s skiable terrain via the Iron Horse and Pony Express lifts. Return home from a great day on the slopes or a day exploring in Yellowstone and indulge yourself with the beverage of your choice while soaking in the spectacular mountain views from the private outdoor hot tub on the front porch.
The Lookout Cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, full bath, and flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with twin over queen beds and flat screen TV. There is a gas fireplace (stove) and large flat screen TV in living room. The full kitchen opens to the dining area and living room and is fully equipped with all appliances, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There is parking directly next to the cabin for our guests only.
In the winter, Big Sky Resort offers The Biggest Skiing in America for experts, kids, and everyone in between with 5,800 skiable acres, 4,350 feet vertical drop, and average annual snowfall of 400+ inches. It s not just downhill that is superb, cross-country skiers are invited to the historic Lone Mountain Ranch, voted #1 Nordic Ski Resort in North America with over 85 kilometers of groomed trails through the wilderness.
