This is a restored historic apartment on the second floor of a landmark downtown building, with 16-foot ceilings, original hardwood and stone floors, French doors, and crown molding that most new construction can only pretend to have. Restaurants, boutique shops, coffee, and cold beers are all within easy walking distance. When the mountains are calling, they re easy to answer too.
