This spacious house spans 2,300 square feet, offering ample room for relaxation and entertainment featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.
Walk through a scenic courtyard to the private entrance and into an open floor plan with high wood beam ceilings and an abundance of natural light.

The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and provides access to the upper deck. Guests can unwind in the leather sectional seating while enjoying entertainment on the 65 Smart TV or the gas fireplace.

The sleek and fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare a full meal.
Dining Area:
There are two separate dining areas, one with a bistro table seating 4 and a formal dining table seating 6.
A six person outdoor dining table under a stylish pergola, perfect for alfresco meals with a view. There is an additional dining space for four on the upper deck.
