There are multiple living and dining spaces, 2 queen sleeper sofas, 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 12 guests. The indoor-outdoor design offers stunning surrounding views, and the ideal haven to relax and unwind with friends and family. Set up the yoga mats in the spacious sun room living area, meditate in the garden or enjoy the sunset glow on the mountains from various vantage points on the property. In the evenings enjoy the warmth of the fire pit in the idyllic back yard or view the spectacular night sky from the great lawn. This luminous home is perfect for your own personal retreat!

Main House:
The Main House consists of 2 King Bedrooms on the main floor and a Bonus room with 2 twin beds, a full living room with a sectional queen sleeper sofa. It also has a game table and a Roku TV, Sony Soundbar and a large fully remodeled bathroom.

Kitchen/Dining Areas:
Fully equipped stainless appliances, flat top ceramic range, access to filtered purified water on demand for drinking, cooking, or filling your water bottles, all with a direct view of Thunder Mountain over the kitchen sink! There is 1 indoor and 1 outdoor dining table on the deck and each has seating for 8 guests.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (Main Level) - Suite set master bedroom has a King size bed, a sofa seating area and Vizio TV

Fireplace Bedroom 2 (Main Level) -This spacious front room offers a King size bed, loveseat to read or lounge by the gas fireplace, and a desk workstation with a direct view of Thunder Mountain. A great space to write that novel you always wanted to ;)

(Both Main House King beds are Sealy Posturpedic hybrids (memory foam and coils for maximum support) and there are additional memory foam toppers if you prefer a cushier experience. Both sofa beds have memory foam toppers for added comfort.)

Bathroom 1 (Main Level) -Full shared bath with shower and tub

Bathroom 2 (Lower Level) -Full shared bath is a remodeled full bath with a large walk in shower.

Casita:
Enter through the front door into the open floor plan of the living room, kitchen and dining room- accented by wood floors and tons of natural lighting. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and leather accent chairs, a Roku TV, Sony Soundbar, gas fireplace and French doors leading to a deck with dining seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen offers dining for 4 and stainless-steel appliances.

Casita Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom- King size bed; a newly remodeled modern bathroom offers a tile and glass shower.

Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
Gorgeous and meticulous landscaped yard with seating for lounging or dining. Unwind on the decks with views of the serene backyard, and spend evenings under the stars by the fire pit at the main house or the fire table at the casita. The expansive great lawn is a wonderful place for stargazing under the dark skies of Sedona. Additionally, each home has a propane BBQ grill for you and your guests to cook meals to remember.

My wife and I found the property to be perfect for our weekend visit to Sedona. The online pictures did not do the property full justice. Very nice neighborhood and perfect location to everything we wanted to do during our visit.
