After stepping through the front door, you will find yourself in the formal living room, followed by the dining area. After stepping up a few stairs, you ll be in the kitchen area which leads into the living room
Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings, a 60 Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace (non-functional). Enjoy a friendly game of billiards at the pool table.
Kitchen: The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass-top stove. Enjoy breakfast or snacks in the adjacent nook with seating for four.
Dining Room: The dining area offers seating for six guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (Upper level) King bed, Smart TV. The en suite bathroom offers two sinks, soaking tub and separate subway tiled shower
Bedroom 2 (upper level) Queen size bed, Smart TV, convenient desk area and window bench seating. Access to shared full bathroom with single sink and tub/shower combo.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $110 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
