This spacious home sits on 16 private acres to enjoy hiking or relaxing, all while being conveniently located just 25 minutes from Austin. There is something for everyone in the group!
This exquisite 4,044 square foot house comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests with five beautifully appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms.
As you step through the front door, you are welcomed by the spacious open floor plan holding the living room, dining room, and kitchen area. The living area is open, bright and airy with high ceilings and offers plenty of natural light.
Living Room: The living room features a comfortable leather sectional sofa, a 55 Smart TV, a stoned fireplace, and is bathed in natural light, making it the ideal spot to relax.
Game Room: The game room offers plenty of entertainment with a full-size sleeper sofa, a 43 Smart TV, Foosball, a selection of board games, and a built-in desk area. Perfect hang out spot for all ages!
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and an open concept design with a large island - perfect for entertaining! The large bar top offers seating for four and there is also built-in wine fridge area to enjoy!
Dining area: The adjoining dining area features a large wood dining table with seating for six off the kitchen area. An additional formal dining room lit by contemporary lighting offers seating for another eight.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Grand Master Suite King bed, 43 TV, leather sofa, oversized walk-in closet, private access to backyard oasis. Ensuite with double sink vanities, large soaker tub, separate walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 King bed, 32 Smart TV, and a Twin sofa bed. Enjoy your morning coffee at the built-in coffee bar with sink. Access to shared full bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 3 Two Queen beds and a window bench to enjoy a book and the outside views. Ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower.
Bedroom 4 Queen bed and Ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 5 Queen bed and access to full shared bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor spaces:
The backyard space features a private non heated pool with plenty of outdoor lounges including an oversized day bed to relax on. Enjoy a meal outside at the patio dining table, or have a BBQ on the gas grill. Watch the sun go down by the fire pit, seated in Adirondack chairs - all on a private 16 acres with Hill Country Views!
