You’ll enter the home through the front door stepping directly into living room. The main living area also offers the kitchen and dining room. The entire space is accented by high wood-beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and plenty of natural light.
Adjacent to the living room is a bonus/game room that offers a pool table and bistro style table and chairs. There’s also a fun game table for card game and poker enthusiasts.
Living Room: This room holds a spacious sectional and a 65” Smart TV. The fireplace is decorative (non-functional).
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you’ll need for tasty meals and plenty of counter space.
Dining Room: This space holds a table with seating for up to eight guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom — King size bed, walk-in closet, the ensuite bathroom has a shower
Bedroom 2 — This bedroom is adjacent to the master and offers two twin beds
Bedroom 3 — Queen size bed
Bedroom 4 — Two queen size beds
Shared full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.
Outdoors:
Situated on two acres, there is plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air. Relax on the outdoor sofas or have your drinks and meals at patio dining table and chairs. There is also a corn hole set for some fun challenges.
Pets: Yes, up to two dogs are allowed with a $250 non-refundable pet fee (Please note that the backyard is not fenced)
