Upon arrival, you will be greeted by R2D2, the metal skier sculpture, at the driveway entry to welcome you to this grand home with a heated driveway and 2-car garage. There is Deer Valley ski access in the neighborhood to the Success Run or the Deer Valley Resort base area is only 1.5 miles away. This amazing hillside home offers extravagant amenities and some of the best area views from practically every room in the home.
The multi-level home has been completely remodeled and offers a spacious 5,183 square feet of living space. There are five bedrooms (three are masters), five bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
From the heated garage, you will take a short flight of stairs down to the main level living areas, holding the living and family rooms, kitchen, dining area and den. The home features radiant heat, gorgeous wood floors, vaulted wood-plank ceilings, Smart TVs and Sonos, and the most amazing artwork and views throughout the home.
Living Room: The living room is a wonderful gathering space and offers plenty of seating options, and breathtaking views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. You will find a vaulted wood-plank ceiling providing an open and welcoming ambiance. The fireplace is not operational.
Family room — Just up a few steps from the living room is a cozy space that features plenty of seating, a Smart TV and Sonos, and a decorative fireplace (non-operational).
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances. The chef will have the benefit of a Wolf six-burner gas range with double ovens, a SubZero refrigerator and freezer separated by a SubZero wine fridge. There are also two wall ovens – a steam and a convection, two dishwashers and plenty of counter space. And of course, take advantage of the stunning views
Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for up to eight diners and is surrounded by the magnificent views. Additional table and chairs with seating for eight can be set up when needed. here is also access to a private deck with a natural gas BBQ.
Den — Adjacent to the kitchen and features a sofa, Smart TV and Sonos sound system. There is also a table and chairs for up to eight people that can be set up in the den when more space is needed.

Grand Master Bedroom (upper level): King bed with a Smart TV and Sonos, a spacious and comfortable sitting area with another Smart TV and Sonos soundbar, decorative fireplace (non-operational) – all embraced by the spectacular views. There is a private deck and the ensuite bathroom offers a make-up vanity and TV, mini fridge, double sinks, a heated towel rack, and a glorious steam shower.
Master Bedroom 2 (upper level): King size bed, mountain views, non-operational fireplace, and the private bathroom offers a heated towel rack and a spacious shower.
Master Bedroom 3 (upper level-above the garage): King size bed, sitting area, Smart TV, bistro table and chairs, private deck, walk-in closet with mini fridge, the private bathroom offers a shower with a “port-hole” window.
Bedroom 4 (lower level): Queen size bed, Smart TV, vast views, and access to full shared bathroom.
Bedroom 5/bunk room (lower level): Two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, table and chairs, Smart TV, laundry room with full size front load washer and dryer, and access to the full shared bathroom
Lower-level full shared bathroom offers large vanity with double sinks, two separate “bathrooms”- one with a shower and toilet, the other has a tub/shower combo and a toilet.
Main level full shared bathroom offers a natural stone sink and a spacious shower.
Fitness/Hot Tub Room — Warmed by radiant heat, this room offers a range of equipment and free weights, a large hot tub, Smart TV, gas fireplaces, and of course, the views!
