Park City Black Rock Ridge 42C is about 15 minutes away from all three Park City area resorts, close to plenty of hiking and biking trails (the Rail Trail is just a ½ mile away) and easy access to the fun-filled Jordanelle Reservoir. If you want to do some exploring, it is easy access to Kamas, the door to the Uinta Mountains, or Heber City and Midway that have their own treasures.
This newly furnished, single-level condo offers 1,107 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate up to four guests in comfort.
The condo’s front door is just a few stairs or elevator down from the either the building’s main or garage entrance. You will then find yourself in the great room with an open floor plan encompassing the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: This room offers contemporary furnishings, a warm gas fireplace, and a 65” Smart TV with DirecTV programming.
Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped and offers stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, and granite countertops. There’s also a convenient pantry and a kitchen bar with seating for three.
Dining Area: The dining area offers a table with seating for four and has access to the back patio where you’ll enjoy a BBQ grill.

Master bedroom— King size bed, 65” Smart TV with DirecTV, walk-in closets. The ensuite bath has two sinks, and a soaking tub and separate tile shower.
