Living Room: The living room offers large sectional sofa, a Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Step out onto the private patio to take in surrounding views and desert breezes. You’ll find plenty of seating where you can watch the golfers on the adjacent course.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, including a Wolf gas range, and Subzero refrigerator. There’s plenty of counter space for meal prep and entertaining, and the expansive center island has bar seating for three. Out on the adjacent deck you’ll find a BBQ grill and outdoor dining furnishings, to let you enjoy a delicious outdoor meal of your grilled favorites.

Master Bedroom — King size bed, 78” Smart TV, gas fireplace, and a private balcony complete with a remote control sun shade. The en suite bathroom offers double sinks, a soaking tub and a large separate shower with a bench seat.

Bedroom 2 — Two twin beds (can be converted to a king size bed with additional fee), 65” Smart TV and access to the full shared bathroom with double sinks and a shower.

Bedroom 3— King size bed, 47” Smart TV, access to the full shared bathroom with double sinks, stone counters, and a large walk-in shower.

Take advantage of the Seven Canyons Community amenities, including the clubhouse gastro-pub style restaurant and bar. There are tiki torches in this space, as well as a propane-operated fire table. All combined, this space is the ideal spot to relax with friends and family after a long day exploring Sedona, or a idilic setting to relax with a morning cup of coffee.
