Sedona Golf and Spa Retreat 3 Bedroom is a stunning property situated in the golf community of Village of Oak Creek. You are right on the golf course and across the street from the golf course clubhouse, the Village shops and restaurants, and the Hilton Hotel and Spa where resort amenities are available for just a small fee.
The home offers a spacious 2,600 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps twelve.
Upon entering the home, you’ll be greeted by an expansive main living area accentuated by hardwood floors throughout. Additionally, you’ll love the professionally decorated interior that has high-end touches and amenities.
Living Room: Spacious Living Room with high-end furnishings, including a full-size sofa-sleeper, 55'' Smart TV, gas fireplace, and patio access. You’ll enjoy plenty of natural light and views from the many surrounding windows.
Kitchen: This is a gourmet space that is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances, spacious granite countertops with an island, lovely cabinets, and convenient bar seating for six people.
Dining area: The dining area offers seating for eight at a circular table; additional seating at the kitchen bar.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
- Master – King size bed, 55” Smart TV, and patio access with surrounding views. The private bathroom has double sinks, a soaking tub and a separate shower.
- Bedroom 2 – King bed (can be separated into 2 Twin beds upon request and a $30 fee), 55” Smart TV, access to full shared bath that offers a tub shower combo
- Bedroom 3 (Garage conversion into a Casita) — Two queen beds, full size sofa sleeper, 55” Smart TVs and full bathroom with a soothing shower
Outdoor areas:
You’ll find the outdoor areas to be beautifully landscaped and plentiful with outdoor dining areas, sitting area with a cozy gas fireplace, a BBQ grill and private hot tub. This space overlooks the golf course that is surrounded by the red rocks for terrific views.
