Welcome to Boulder Creek 1098, a 1,700 square foot, multi-level townhome with floor-to-ceiling windows, mountain views and a private hot tub off the primary suite.
Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain's Town Lift and Historic Main Street are each less than a mile away, and the free shuttle stops just outside the Boulder Creek entrance.
With two king suites, a queen room with a work area and a bunk room, the home suits families and groups of up to 10.
The Space
Living Room (Main Level): A sofa and loveseat, 65" Smart TV, river-rock gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Kitchen and Dining (Main Level): Stainless appliances with a gas range, stone counters, bar seating for three and dining for eight, opening to a patio with a gas grill.
Mudroom (Garage Level): A bench, coat hooks and the laundry closet.
Outdoor: A private hot tub on the patio off the primary suite.
