Park City Apex 303 is a true ski-in/ski out property in the new slope-side Apex Residences in the Park City Canyons Village. Along with easy access to the slopes, this property is close to shopping, restaurants and other exciting activities going on at the Canyons Village base. Or you can hop on the Electric Express (free Park City bus) from the Canyons Transit Center to get to Historic Main Street in two stops or Kimball Junction in one stop!

                           

The condominium offers 1,500 square feet within one level, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms to sleep up to nine guests.

 

After parking in the underground community parking garage, you will take the convenient elevator to access the condo. You will first enter into an interior shared hallway, offering a bench and coat rack, and then through another door to access the condo. You will find the main living area holding the living room, dining area and kitchenette.

 

Living Room: This room offers a contemporary recliner sofa and an additional love seat, a warm gas fireplace and a Smart TV.

 

Kitchenette: This space is well-equipped and offers a stainless-steel dishwasher and full-size refrigerator, microwave, single electric burner and convection toaster oven (there is no regular oven/range stovetop). You will also a crock pot and cooking utensils, as well as a drip coffee maker and electric kettle.

 

Dining Area: Seating for up to seven guests at the dining table.

 

The dining and kitchenette area offers easy access to the large deck where you will find outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and a private hot tub.

 

Bedrooms / Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom — King size bed, Smart TV and access to the deck where you will enjoy the private hot tub. The private bathroom offers dual stone counter sinks, a large shower with double showerheads, a water closet, and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2– Queen size bed, Roku Smart TV, walk-in closet, access to the full shared bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 3/Bunk Room — Triple twin bunk beds, twin over twin bunk beds (total of five twin size beds), Roku TV, private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

 

Community Amenities: Slope-side clubhouse for Apex members and guests only. Enjoy après ski cocktails in the lounge or enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Get a workout the fitness center, relax in the steam room and sauna, or contact the concierge at the clubhouse to see about booking spa treatments. Enjoy the fun game room with multiple screens and games. The Canyons Village Connect shuttle service is also available during ski season.
