In addition to having ski-in/out access, you will be just a five-minute walk (or quick ski) to the Canyon Village base area, offering shopping, restaurants and exciting activities any time of year.

                           

This new one-level condominium offers so many features and amenities within its spacious 2,753 square feet.  The property encompasses four bedrooms (all with private bathrooms), and four and a half bathrooms to sleep up to 12 guests in true style and comfort.

 

After parking in the underground community parking garage, you’ll take the elevator up to the condo. From the front door entryway, you will step into the home’s modern design great room holding the living room, dining area and kitchen — all with hardwood floors throughout, along with an open and airy ambiance.

 

Living Room: This room boasts contemporary furnishings including a spacious sectional sofa, a warm gas fireplace, and a 65” Smart TV with DirecTV service. The adjacent private balcony offers lounge chairs, a BBQ grill and awesome views of the surrounding area.

 

Kitchen: The kitchen is a gourmet’s dream and is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a Wolf six-burner stove, double ovens, Subzero refrigerator, a wine and cocktail bar with a wine fridge, quartz counters and seating for four at the center island bar. And for the coffee lovers, you will have option of both a drip and Keurig coffee makers.

 

Dining Area: Seating for up to 10 guests at the modern style wood table.

Grand Master Suite— King size bed, gas fireplace, 50” Smart TV (with DirecTV), and amazing views. The en suite bath has heated flooring, a walk-in closet, double sinks, gorgeous stone countertops, a soothing soaking tub and a large tile shower with multiple shower heads, and water closet.  

 

Master Bedroom 2– King size bed, 50” Smart TV, and en suite bathroom offering double sinks, walk-in closet, and a tile shower with double shower heads, and water closet.

 

Bedroom 3— Two full-size beds, 50” Smart TV, private bath with a tub/shower combo.

 

Bedroom 4/Bunk Room — Two twin over twin bunk beds, private bathroom has a large shower.

Community Amenities: Slope-side clubhouse for Apex members and guests only. Enjoy après ski cocktails in the lounge or enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Catch up on your exercise routine at the fitness center, and relax in the steam room and sauna. There is a fun game room with multiple screens and games. The Canyons Village Connect shuttle service is also available during ski season.
