This property offers three levels of luxury living within spacious 2,192 square feet, four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to sleep up to 12 guests in comfort.
You can enter the property through the garage or the front door. You will then step into the great room on the main level, holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas.
Living Room: This room boasts big and cozy furnishings including a sectional with sofa bed, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV.
Second living room/family room (lower level): Offers cozy furnishings including a sofa bed, gas fireplace, and Smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, a center island with seating for three, and plenty of granite counter space for easy meal prep.
Dining Area: Seating for up to six guests at the gorgeous wood table and comfortable chairs.

Master suite (upper level) — King size bed, Smart TV, access to the private deck, en suite bathroom offering double sinks, jetted tub and separate large tile steam shower.

Community Amenities:
The Bear Hollow community offers many terrific amenities, including a clubhouse with a TV and lounge area, a fully equipped fitness center and a large hot tub open year-round, along with a community pool open in the summer season. Other seasonal amenities include a putting green, basketball court and soccer field. *PLEASE NOTE: The pool and hot tub will be closed June 14-17 for maintenance work. It will reopen on Saturday, June 18th.
