This two-story home offers a spacious 3,800 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to easily accommodate up to 14 guests — a terrific property for those with larger groups.
After stepping through the front door, you will find yourself in the spacious game room. After a few more steps you will then be in the main great room, which offers the living room, dining room and kitchen areas.
Living Room: This room offers contemporary furnishings, a 60” Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace (non-functional). Enjoy entertaining at the built-in bar with wine fridge.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen island with seating for three.
Dining Room: The dining area offers seating for eight guests.
Game Room: Enjoy two 55” Smart TVs, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and arcade games.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite (main level)— King bed, 55” Smart TV, full size sleeper sofa, private access to the backyard. The en suite bathroom offers two sinks, soaking tub and separate shower
Bedroom 2 (upper level) — King size bed, 55” Smart TV, convenient desk area, private access to the balcony.
Bedroom 3 (upper level) – King size bed, 55” Smart TV.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival up to a temperature of 82 degrees for a fee of $95 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30 due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
