You’ll enter the property through the front door and into the main living area with the living room, kitchen and dining area – all open and bright with high ceilings.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and access to the backyard.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, and is stocked with all the utensils needed for your homemade meals. There is a breakfast nook table and kitchen bar seating, all overlooking the private yard and pool.
Dining Room: The dining room has seating for eight and has plenty of natural light.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom— King bed, a Smart TV, and a separate, and an en suite bath with dual stone counter sinks, a soaking tub and a separate tile and glass shower.
Bedroom 2 – King bed, a Smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, a Smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom.
Outdoor:
The backyard is a grand space with a covered patio, a salt-water play pool (no diving) and a separate hot tub. NOTE: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival up to a temperature of 82 degrees for a fee of $100 per day. No pool heating is needed June 1-September 30. There is no fee to heat the hot tub.
